Car Insurance Buddha ("we", "us") is a brand of Sentinel Holdings I LLC. Car Insurance Buddha provides auto insurance quote services, insurance information, and educational resources directly to consumers through its website. Car Insurance Buddha is not an insurance carrier, agency, or broker. Car Insurance Buddha provides its own quote services, informational resources, and customer support directly through its website. Quotes and eligibility are subject to underwriting and approval.

These Terms of Service (this "Agreement") govern your use of the Car Insurance Buddha website and the services offered on it. By using the website or submitting a quote request, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Car Insurance Buddha. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and your own.

3. Quotes

When you submit a request, Car Insurance Buddha uses the details you provide to review your request and may follow up by the contact methods you chose. Any quote or estimate discussed is based on the information you give us. Quotes and eligibility are subject to underwriting and approval, and final pricing, coverage, and availability may differ from any estimate. Submitting a request does not bind coverage and does not guarantee a quote, approval, or a particular price.

There is no cost to use Car Insurance Buddha and no obligation to purchase anything.

4. Communications and your consent

Our quote form contains a required checkbox agreeing to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, and two separate, optional checkboxes for text messages: one for account notification messages and one for marketing messages. Text-message consent is never required to request a quote. The fine print shown above the submit button describes how Car Insurance Buddha may contact you about your inquiry by phone and email.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing support@carinsurancebuddha.com. Details of our text-message program are in the Car Insurance Buddha SMS Terms.

5. Our contracted service providers

In order to fulfill your request, Car Insurance Buddha may use contracted service providers that act solely on Car Insurance Buddha's behalf and at Car Insurance Buddha's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. These service providers operate under strict contractual obligations to process your data only as directed by Car Insurance Buddha and in accordance with this Agreement. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit information about another person without their permission, submit false information, interfere with the website, attempt to access non-public areas, or use automated means to submit requests.

7. Information only

Articles, explanations, and examples on this website are general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice, and are not a description of any specific policy. Always read a policy's own documents before you buy.

8. Intellectual property

The Car Insurance Buddha name, logo, text, and illustrations on this website are owned by Sentinel Holdings I LLC and may not be copied without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Holdings I LLC and Car Insurance Buddha will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.
