Car Insurance Buddha provides auto insurance quote services, insurance information, and educational resources directly to consumers through its website. Car Insurance Buddha is not an insurance carrier, agency, or broker. Car Insurance Buddha provides its own quote services, informational resources, and customer support directly through its website. Quotes and eligibility are subject to underwriting and approval. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, ZIP code, optional mobile phone number, and the answers you choose in our quote questions (for example, how many vehicles and drivers you insure and whether you have current coverage).
Consent records: whether you checked each consent box, the exact wording shown to you, the version of that wording, and the date and time.
Technical information: IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, and any referral parameters in the link you used to reach us.
2. How we use information
- To review and respond to your requests.
- To send text messages only in the categories you separately opted in to.

You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to support@carinsurancebuddha.com.

Car Insurance Buddha is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
